My Raya Break before the trouble

On Saturday, Justina and i headed over to mid valley for some shopping and a movie as well. We watched 'The Ugly Truth' it was GOOD. i loved it haha. also because Gerard Butler was in it.


After that we headed back to my place for a sleepover! hehe. I loved it, we had booze and watched dvd's. Great night with justina. and then the next morning we went out for 'dim sum'.






Went over to Fazee's house for her open house, had scrumptious rendang, lemang, ketupat, satay, beef and chicken floss, and 'cuscus?' Along with the raya cookies and treats. Yumz. Anyways. enjoy the pictures.
Back to work tomorrow! Lets hope that this week will be a great one! and lets pray that my car will be fixed ASAP! Alright then. have a good week peeps! Good nite.

Sunday, September 20, 2009. The day started out fine. i was happy and i loved the day. But bad luck struck at 6.45pm.. more like careless and stupidness came into my head. Damn... i wish i had the power to turn back time.

Now... even suckier... the wait for the car to be fixed. Please let it be quick.

Breaking fast at Siti's house.

On Monday, we were invited over to kak siti's place for a breaking fast feast. Unfortunately, on that day Steph couldn't make it due to some unforeseen circumstances. But we continued on with a slight unhappiness to the fact that steph was not with us.

Kak Siti made delicious Mee Curry, Nasi Tomato, Chicken in spicy/sweet sauce... while Kak Wahida made potato salad. There were some kuih's there along with this delicious chocolate cake made by Azura.

On that day as well, it was my first time wearing the malay traditional clothes called 'baju kurung'. It was a great experience wearing it, i had to talk properly as to not trip and fall. haha. Its difficult getting in and out of cars.

Its almost Raya now... so everybody is in a holiday mood due to the long weekend ahead! 4 days of relaxation!

Berbuka Puasa with Leeds Met Gang!

Last Saturday I went out for buka puasa with the peeps from Leeds Met. It was a great meet up/dinner/catching up and laughing our heads off... I miss those people soooo much. It was amazing how we just got along with each other. That shows that if we're true friends we can always strike up a conversation even if we haven't seen each other for a really long time.

Been down with this irritating sore throat and flu lately... hopefully it will clear off sooon! Another 14 days till i get to see my lovely, cutie pie niece....... =)

Grey Zombie....

Dudududu. last weekend was spent on a marathon. A marathon on Grey's.. Morning wake up, shower, brush teeth, get something to eat, watch grey's until night then sleep. Was throughout the whole weekend. Whoop. I think i'll watch grey's over and over again. its somewhat like OC. a rewatchable series.

Update... I did cut my hair last weekend. Though i do think that the fringe is too short. Either way... hair will grow. Went to visit Taylor's new campus today - gosh it made me wanna return to uni again. The campus is AMAZingggg...

Ohhh.. and i met up with rehka today. been like 2 years since i last saw her? we should meet up again rehka... talk about the good old days back in college! Met up as well with wei's and steph at Chilis last nite. Good times good times.

Randomness

I'm extremely tired today, i have no idea why... weird. Really happy that there's a long weekend coming up! it's time for me to get my sleep.

I 'might' do my hair this weekend. and i might not. I'm scared that if i do cut my hair it'll be too short. Even though i do trust the hairstylist i'm going to. So..... hmmm.. still thinking on whether i should let it grow longer a bit more.

I need to go shopping for stufffff.... especially presents for my mates birthday's. any suggestions??

I'm feeling rather confused at the moment. I wonder whether if i will ever stop being confuse in my life?

Helloooo September! This month brings reunions/gatherings, a wedding to attend, Hari Raya and the most treasured and awaiting day of the year.... I get to see my niece for the very first time come September 28th!

Now.. let's hope September brings joy to my life - work and personal. I believe all the American TV programmes are starting back up again! Whoop! Here i come Gossip Girl, desperate housewives and my beloved grey's...

I wonder on whether to go for the MLTR concert this Saturday... Would be great considering I've never been to a concert before. But we'll see... hehe. i may just spend the money on something else.

Moving on, few weeks ago we had a farewell dinner for one of our colleagues - Eunice. She's leaving to for another job in some advertising company located in K.L. I wish you all the best Eunice and do keep in touch.
